The work is called There was one called Jock and was published in Herr Birre och trollen , a saga by Vilhälm Nordin in Between gnomes and trolls in 1909. Bauer is known for his fairy tale motifs with trolls and princesses and he has had a great influence on Swedish folklore and storytelling.
