The story behind the motif
An old photograph taken during a Ferrari practice session in 1956. In the picture we see a wheel being changed during the practice session at Gelleråsen, Karlskoga.
Karlskoga Motorstadion is a 2,350 meter long race track located on road 205 in Karlskoga municipality, by the village of Gelleråsen. The track is therefore often called Gelleråsen. Gelleråsen was originally a gravel loop that was about a kilometer long. In recent years, Gelleråsbanan has hosted two of the competitions in the STCC series
